So I did the extra week. Tara got caught up. We have completed week 1 of Beta cycle T25 as of yesterday! I loved it! New workouts to mix it up. And he wasn't kidding that Alpha is your foundation. It truly prepares you for the demands of Beta. Tara used free weights for the first time in her life! Hard to believe, but she's never done it. :) I have 4 children, 2 of them were C-section. I never could have imagined that my abs would be SOLID. But they are. Little more to lose around them, but they are very there! I feel very whole. My legs are strong! It's just amazing to me!

Alpha Cycle complete!! I could move on to Beta now, but I think I'm going to do one more week with Tara. She got behind, and she is back on track now. One more week will give me more chances to Nail It! I've made much progress, but still need to take 1 or 2 rep breaks sometimes towards the end. Tara has increased flexibility and stamina, and she moves OUT of the modified version more and more. Yeah!!

Ready to start week 5 of T25!! Had some great foundational work so far. Much strength added in the Core and Thighs and BUTT! :) Stability has increased, so movements are faster and tighter. Ab Intervals was HELL for me, in the beginning. Now I can feel the pull in my Abs and not in my back. Very happy about that.
